These chocolates contain “cracked cell wall” reishi spore extract. I love using reishi spores for their mild flavour and exceptional health benefits. The spore powder is less bitter than whole reishi extract, blending beautifully into the flavours of cacao without a bitter taste. Reishi spore powder has even more immune supporting properties than the extract made from the mushroom itself.
